Jamie Oliver Open My Eyes

Just as the title stats Jamie Oliver as really open my eyes to what I am putting into my mouth and what kind of shit that food is actually got in it, if any of you folk actually watch it on Channel four last night around 10pm I think it was that as got me thinking a different way I can say, I will defo be watching what I put in my mouth and to end the show off they had been given a guy who was around 25 stone who had died and his family gave the body to a place in Holland to see what was in side him and that the crap that was inside the body they cut around the outside of his stomach just to show as what was inside and you could see the big % of fat that was in this guy stomach his hat couldn’t even be found and his lung had gone down 4 times the size it should be due to the fat and crap that this guy had eaten,

Due to the crap that was going into this guy mouth he had pushed all his stomach and lung and kidneys and that up to pack the fat in, after watching this I will defo be reading the shit that is in all my food from now on
